Fredi Baker, MCC, ELI-MP, CPC is a successful, sought-after Master Certified Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner who works with coaches and other highly creative individuals to help them discover and uncover their true purpose. Fredi specializes in supporting clients to define their niche and their purpose by helping them tap into their creativity as they create the life and business that they dream of.
Fredi received her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaches Federation (ICF) in 2006. Fredi graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2001 as a Certified Professional Coach, and she earned her Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) Certificate from iPEC in 2009.
Fredi is the Mentor Coach Coordinator for iPEC, as well as being a mentor coach herself. She has been a trainer, facilitator, and teleclass leader for iPEC, and loves working with coaches in training to become Professional Coaches. In addition, Fredi has a thriving private coaching business.
As well as being the “Coaches Coach,” Fredi’s background in professional theater as production director, marketing consultant, and costume designer has led her to also specialize in Creativity coaching. She has facilitated Creativity and Visioning workshops to help people gain clarity and focus about their dreams, and break through what is holding them back from achieving them.
A Sacramento, California resident, Fredi served as President of the Sacramento chapter of the ICF for 2 years. She has a passion for knitting and fiber arts, and finding eco-friendly ways to share her creations with others.
